Protection Adviser – Central London

Basic salary + uncapped monthly commission (up to 45%)
OTE £45k - £75k

You will be joining a well-established financial services firm based in central London. The company has a strong reputation for delivering independent advice, retaining clients long-term and operating with a high level of professionalism. The Role
Your day will focus on advising clients on life, critical illness and income protection policies. You will speak with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable options and guide them through the full application process. You will manage your own pipeline, carry out follow-ups, and ensure all advice remains compliant and clearly documented. Working within a hybrid structure, you will spend part of your time in the central London office and part working from home. Commission is calculated monthly based on bankings, giving you visibility over your performance and earnings throughout the year.
