About the Role:Our client, a reputable and growing property agency based in the heart of Nottingham, is seeking a proactive and organised Lettings Property Manager to join their professional and friendly team.
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties across Nottingham and ensuring landlords and tenants receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:*Managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties from move-in to move-out
*Coordinating maintenance works and property inspections
*Handling tenancy renewals, deposits, and rent collection
*Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
*Ensuring all properties meet compliance and legal requirements
*Dealing with any queries or issues promptly and professionally
About You:*Idea;Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in lettings/property management
*Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
*Excellent communication and organisation skills
*Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office
*ARLA qualification (or working towards) desirable but not essential
*Full UK driving licence preferred
