Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and customer support for our Client in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role involves managing enquiries, processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the first point of contact for enquiries via phone, email, and correspondence.
*Process applications and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
*Prepare and issue documentation such as certificates and letters.
*Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and room setup.
*Update forms, literature, and internal documentation as required.
*Support compliance with organisational policies and service standards.
*Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
*Previous experience in administration or customer service.
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

*35 hour working week
