Town Planner
Cambridge
Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
We are delighted to be working in collaboration with this growing town planning consultancy with an established office in Cambridge. The team pride themselves on their ability to work closely with their clients to deliver a range of planning services including planning applications, appeals, development plan proposals and community engagement.
The successful Town Planner can expect to quickly become involved with a variety of developments within the housing, regeneration, commercial and rural sectors.
To be considered for this role candidates should have a relevant Town Planning degree as well as membership to the RTPI. Chartership is not essential but applicants should be working towards this and have previous planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.
Duties:
*Delivering professional planning advice to clients
*Preparing a variety of planning applications and appeals
*Undertaking site development appraisals and planning assessments
*Liaising with local authorities
