Finance Apprentice
Location: Castleford (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £25,000
Study Support: Fully funded AAT qualification
Are you eager to begin a career in finance and accounting? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Finance Apprentice to join our clients supportive team in Castleford. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy accounts department while working towards your AAT qualification with full study support.
What you’ll be doing: *Assisting with day-to-day finance tasks, including purchase and sales ledger processing
*Supporting with bank reconciliations and data entry
*Helping to prepare management accounts and financial reports
*Responding to queries from suppliers and customers
*Providing general finance administration and ad hoc support across the accounts team
What we’re looking for: *A genuine interest in starting a career in finance and accounting
*Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
*Good communication and organisational abilities
*Previous experience in an accounts or office environment is beneficial, but not essential –full training will be provided
