Job Description:
Are you an experienced Administrator with a valid DBS on the Update Service? Do you enjoy working in a vibrant school environment where every day is different?
We are working with a welcoming and supportive Primary School in West Oxfordshire that is seeking a Part- Time Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis through to the end of the year.
Location: Oxfordshire
Hours: between Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:15 PM
Contract: Temporary
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
*Front desk reception duties – greeting visitors, answering calls, and taking messages
*Supporting the Inclusion Manager with admin tasks
*Managing visitor sign-ins and ID checks
*Updating the daily attendance register and recording late arrivals/sickness
*Handling dinner orders and monitoring parent payment balances
*Photocopying and preparing resources for staff
*Delivering messages and items to classrooms
*Using the school’s MIS (Management Information System)
*Opening and distributing post
*Recording cheques and preparing for banking
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in administration (school experience preferred)
*A valid DBS on the Update Service
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
*Immediate availability
