Job Purpose
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for an expanding portfolio of clients. Your mission is to plan and fulfil all orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
*Respond to client RFQs and produce accurate quotations
*Source products and develop strong supplier relationships
*Ensure supplier quality assurance
*Manage the order book and progress purchase orders
*Provide outstanding customer service and maintain regular client communication
*Drive client development through networking, visits, and entertainment
*Identify prospective clients and utilise marketing collateral
*Update company systems (Sage, CRM, Excel)
*Liaise with Operations and Quality teams to resolve order issues
What We’re Looking For
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
*Proactive approach to problem-solving
*IT proficiency (CRM, Excel, Sage experience is a plus)
*Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
