What you’ll be doing *Support the Store Manager with daily operations, team development and commercial performance
*Lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
*Act as Deputy Manager when the Store Manager is away
*Drive sales, conversion, ATV and customer satisfaction KPIs
*Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards
*Build relationships within the local community and support in-store events
*Support with training, coaching and recruitment of team members
*Champion the brand’s sustainability and purpose-led initiatives
What we’re looking for *Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Supervisor within a premium, lifestyle or fashion retail environment
*A strong commercial mindset and track record of achieving KPIs
*A natural leader who inspires and develops their team
*Someone who takes pride in high standards and operational excellence
*A passion for sustainability and building community connections
*Confident communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
