Location: Luton
Salary: £34-40,000 (DOE)
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a talented and driven Architect to join a well-respected RIBA-chartered practice in Luton. Known for its thoughtful, design-led approach, this established studio delivers high-quality architecture across the Residential, Commercial, Education and Community sectors. The team prides itself on a collaborative work culture where creativity, professionalism and client care sit at the heart of every project. This role is ideal for a fully qualified Architect with strong UK practice experience who is looking to further develop their expertise, take ownership of design work and contribute to a friendly, supportive studio environment. You’ll join a sociable and motivated team that values work-life balance and actively encourages continual professional development.

Key Requirements
*Fully qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA)
*Proven experience working within a UK architectural practice
*Strong design flair with robust technical and detailing skills
*Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies
*Confident working both independently and as part of a team
*Proactive in contributing ideas during design reviews and team discussions
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proficiency in Vectorworks is beneficial
