Heading up the Employment Department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base across both the private and public sectors. You will manage a varied caseload, represent clients in employment tribunal litigation and contribute to the strategic development of the department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network of professional contacts and a passion for business development.

About You:
*Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in employment law
*Proven experience advising both employers and employees
*Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
*Commercially aware, personable and confident in building long-term client relationships
*Demonstrated ability to network and develop new business opportunities
