Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive
Eastbourne - East Sussex ( Work From Home available )

A leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional client service in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Role Overview
You will handle all aspects of residential property transactions, including but not limited to:
*Advising clients on sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
*Managing ID checks, source of funds verification, gift deposits and risk assessments
*Preparing and issuing contracts
*Handling mortgage redemptions and exchanges of contracts
*Ordering and reporting on property searches
*Reviewing and reporting on titles, leases and raising associated enquiries
*Checking and reporting on mortgages and management packs
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with referrers
Requirements
*Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with full responsibility for managing your own caseload
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
*Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently as well as part of a team
*Legally qualified (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
