Do you have the resilience, empathy, and experience to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic SEMH school catering for both Primary and Secondary pupils in Lewisham.

What We’re Looking For *Enhanced DBS (essential).
*Previous experience working with children (compulsory).
*School-based experience (highly desirable).
*Ability to manage challenging behaviour and build positive relationships.
*A proactive, patient, and compassionate approach.
Roles & Responsibilities *Support pupils with SEMH needs in both classroom and 1:1 settings.
*Assist the teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
*Promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
*Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
*Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.
