What We’re Looking For *QTS is highly desirable (QTLS or PGCE will also be considered).
*Enhanced DBS required.
*Strong classroom management and ability to build positive relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities *Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
*Foster a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment.
*Implement strategies to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
*Work collaboratively with SEN specialists, support staff, and parents.
*Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches as needed.
