Description
*Prepare and present monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation.
*Assist with financial analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
*Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
*Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with financial policies.
*Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors as needed.
*Monitor expenditure and provide variance analysis against budgets.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
Profile
A successful Part Qualified Management Accountant should have:
*Part qualification in a recognised accounting body (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
*Experience in management accounting within the healthcare or related industry is advantageous.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
*Clear and effective communication skills.
