Job Title: Accounts & Operations Manager

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a varied role that combines finance, HR administration, and general office management. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, prepayments, accruals, and credit control.
*Oversee stock management, ensuring timely and accurate stock takes and inventory updates.
*Prepare monthly management figures, VAT returns, and assist with year-end accounts and audits.
*Handle payroll, commission calculations, expenses, and pension administration.
*Support HR processes including compliance for new starters and leavers and maintain holiday records.
*Liaise with suppliers, insurance brokers, and service providers to secure competitive contracts and manage claims.
*Assist with NHS contracts and ensure compliance with company standards.
*General administrative duties including managing company car and fuel card contracts, updating purchase prices, and supporting directors with data and reporting.

*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
*A proactive, professional approach with strong attention to detail.
