What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for clients, helping them with enquiries and offering clear, professional support. You will:
*Handle client queries by phone, email, and letter
*Provide helpful, friendly, and accurate information
*Take ownership of enquiries and follow them through to completion
*Build rapport and deliver an excellent customer experience
*Support vulnerable customers with patience and understanding
*Learn about the company’s products and services so you can explain them confidently
