Are you an experienced property professional looking to make a real impact in strategic asset management? We are working with a forward-thinking public sector organisation that manages a diverse property portfolio valued at over £500 million.
About the Role

You will be responsible for the proactive management of a multi-asset portfolio, including offices, industrial and distribution properties, rural estates, and development land. The role also involves supporting disposals and acquisitions linked to operational portfolio rationalisation, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and achieving best value.

Working closely with the Principal Surveyor, you will help deliver strategic asset management initiatives, financial analysis, lease management, and day-to-day operational oversight to preserve and enhance portfolio value.
About You

Experience in property or asset management within a commercial or public sector environment.

Good understanding of lease management, financial analysis, and property legislation.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage a varied caseload and deliver results within deadlines.

Proficiency in asset management systems and related software

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (casual user car allowance provided).
