We are recruiting for a Primary Teacher for a Primary School in Hindley Green (WN2) to work on a long-term basis.

The KS2 PPA Cover Teacher role is starting as soon as possible and will be a temporary, long-term role until Friday 19th Dec 2025. This KS2 PPA Cover Teacher role is working 5 x full days per week Monday to Friday 08:30am- 16:00pm. The role of a KS2 PPA Cover Teacher is to work across all KS2 year groups covering PPA as and when required to do so. You will be given a time-table to follow each week and you will work closely with the class Teachers and Support Staff whilst undertaking PPA.

Your role & responsibilities:
*Teaching the children in class, ensuring they complete their work
*Guiding students through the curriculum, marking working, setting home working tasks
*Managing behaviour
*Upholding school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
*Planning and delivering engaging lessons
Non-negotiables:
*You must have relevant experience teaching pupils
*Hold QTS
*Knowledge of the national curriculum
*Be passionate and understanding
*Have confidence in managing classes of pupils
*Excellent organisational skills to keep on top of marking and lesson planning
*Good communication skills
