Robert Half are partnering with a rapidly growing, private-equity backed organisation based in West London. They operate across the wellness, hospitality and catering sector. The business is scaling at pace, delivering high-quality experiences through an expanding multi-site portfolio and a strong customer-centric mission.
Due to continued growth, they’re looking to hire a high-calibre Financial Analyst to join their evolving finance team on a full-time basis.
Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, the Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the group’s multi-site operations. They will take on a number of key duties including:
*Leading budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles across group and site-level business units.
*Developing and maintaining financial models to track P&L, cash flow, capex, and site-level profitability.
*Producing monthly management reports, variance analyses, and KPIs for senior leadership and PE stakeholders.
*Partnering with operations, commercial, and site leadership to interpret financial performance and drive improvements.
*Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key metrics such as revenue per site, EBITDA margin, and cost drivers.
*Supporting long-range planning, strategic initiatives, and annual business plans.
*Assisting with post-investment performance tracking and value-creation analysis.
*Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities to scale financial planning as the business grows.
*Contributing to special projects, including new site openings, M&A integration, and capital allocation.
Profile
The ideal profile for this Financial Analyst position should have the following:
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
*Proven FP&A or commercial finance experience within a multi-site business (e.g., hospitality, leisure, retail, or gyms).
*Strong financial modelling skills and confidence working with large datasets.
*Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
*Strong business partnering mindset, able to work with non-finance stakeholders and translate financial concepts clearly.
*Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is advantageous.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, PE-backed environment.
