Job Description:
Do you have experience working in a childcare setting and are looking to work within a school or education setting? Are you considering a future career in education or a teacher training qualification but unsure how to start on this path?
We are recruiting for Learning Support Assistants in the Greater Manchester area, to work on a full time basis, starting ASAP!
What does a Graduate Learning Support Assistant do?
*Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis to ensure they are succeeding both academically and pastorally, responding to their individual needs
*Working alongside class teachers and other school staff, providing essential additional support
*Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students, improving the whole school learning journey
*Delivering catch-up and intervention sessions
What will you need for this job?
*Based within Greater Manchester
*Clear desire to work with children and young people
*Previous experience working with children and young people would be beneficial, but not essential. Experience working within care, fostering, tutoring, coaching are all desirable!
*Willingness to undertake relevant CPD training as required by Milk Education and your placement school.
