Key Responsibilities * Deliver full PD duties on complex developments

* Review design risk and guide design teams

* Attend project and design coordination meetings

* Produce clear, accurate CDM documentation

* Support growth of the PD service

Must-Have Requirements * Strong Principal Designer and CDM background

* TechIOSH/GradIOSH or APS (or working toward)

* Confident stakeholder management skills

* Strong knowledge of design-stage health and safety

* Self-driven, ambitious and commercially aware
