Key Responsibilities * Lead PD services on varied projects

* Drive the design risk management process

* Provide clear, practical CDM advice

* Liaise with design teams and contractors

* Produce CDM documentation including PCI and H&S Files

Must-Have Requirements * Experience delivering Principal Designer duties

* Strong understanding of design and construction

* NEBOSH or equivalent qualification

* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
