Job Description:
This design-led consultancy is looking for an experienced Principal Designer to influence early-stage design on some of the region’s most exciting projects. You will work closely with architects, acting as a hands-on Principal Designer who can embed safe design principles from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities: * Lead PD services across commercial and residential projects
* Influence early design decisions and identify design risks
* Facilitate design workshops and risk reviews
* Work closely with architects, engineers and clients
* Produce PCI and safety documentation
Must-Have Requirements: * PD experience with a design-focused background
* Strong understanding of architectural or engineering design
* Relevant H&S qualification (NEBOSH / IOSH / APS)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Collaborative approach and strong attention to detail
