Key Responsibilities * Deliver Principal Designer services on commercial and industrial projects

* Support project teams with design risk management

* Generate new business opportunities through excellent client service

* Provide expert CDM advice and training to internal teams

* Review contractor documents, RAMS and design packages

Must-Have Requirements * Solid experience in CDM / Principal Designer roles

* NEBOSH Construction or equivalent

* Strong understanding of the design process

* Confidence managing clients and leading discussions

* Ambition to grow a CDM function and mentor junior staff
