Job Description:
Our client is a global leader within the Motor Warranty/insurance sector. Through continued growth they are looking to recruit a Sales Account Manager, to cover the South East and West regions, covering Gloucester, Swindon, Newbury, Reading, Salisbury and Southampton.
As an Account Manager, you should use your creativity and knowledge of our product and sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. You should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with a variety of franchise and independent groups.
Main aspects of the role are -
*Grow Sales volumes to exceed targets within the Independent Truck sector.
*Maximise product penetration opportunities with long term relationships developing new products if necessary.
*Ensure accounts are managed correctly by conducting regular business reviews, paying attention to claims performance
*Developing strategies for dealers, analysing their performance and suggesting improvements.
*Growing the volume with independent and franchise motor dealers. Develop and implement the strategy of customer acquisition of Regional Franchised groups.
*Manage your area, ensuring cost control and profitability remain at the heart of your development activities.
*Work with the Account Executive team, the claims team and other internal departments to ensure they are offering the best possible service to their dealers and customers.
Essential skills –
Sales background

Knowledge of the Automotive, warranty or claims industries
Finance industry background
Includes a 7K Car Allowance
