Key Responsibilities * Deliver full Principal Designer and CDM advisory services

* Lead design reviews and influence design risk management

* Support clients across commercial, mixed-use and regeneration projects

* Build strong relationships with designers, contractors and stakeholders

* Produce CPPs, Pre-Construction Information and design-related documentation

Must-Have Requirements * At least 4 years CDM / Principal Designer experience

* Strong understanding of CDM 2015

* NEBOSH General, Construction or equivalent safety qualification

* Excellent report writing and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects independently
