We are seeking a dedicated Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of events within Not-for-Profit. This role is based in Cheshire and requires expertise in event Management and marketing strategies.

Description
*Provide event direction and foster a high-performance collaborative culture among all colleagues participating in events.
*Provide event leadership and ensure alignment with key stakeholders across departments and their strategic objectives, forging strong working relationships.
*Oversee, lead and manage the development, installation and delivery of all event elements for the organisation’s attendance at events/conferences domestically and worldwide.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events are aligned with marketing campaigns.
*Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency for all events.
*Source and liaise with vendors, venues, and other external stakeholders.
*Oversee event logistics, including registration, attendee management, and on-site coordination.
*Monitor and evaluate event success, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
*Ensure all events adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.
Profile
A successful Event Manager should have:
*Strong experience in event management.
*Proven ability to plan and execute events of varying scales.
*Knowledge of marketing strategies and their integration with event planning.
*Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

Job Offer
*Competitive salary between £36,000 and £45,000 per annum.
