Job Description:
Job Title: Apprenticeship Officer
Location: Rotherham
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Fixed term until December 2026
Salary: £26,278 per annum
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within Further Education/HE
*Level 3 Administration qualification
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Knowledge of apprenticeship processes and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain a log of all End-Point Assessment (EPA) organisations used by the college
*Record valid EPA organisations against apprentices on Pro-Solution
*Ensure apprentices meet all requirements at the Gateway stage before EPA
*Liaise with the Apprenticeship Delivery team to arrange and book EPA
*Monitor EPA bookings and receipt of apprenticeship certificates
*Act as the central point of contact for EPA administration
*Report risks and issues, including suspected malpractice
*Support continuous improvement of EPA processes and systems
