Job Description:
HLTA- Abram
Milk Education are looking for an experienced HLTA to work full-time at a primary school in Abram (WN2). The HLTA role will consist of covering lessons across Reception to Year 6 when the teachers are out doing PPA or need management release time.
This role is starting as soon as possible- Fri 19/12/25, with the potential of this continuing into the new year.
In this HLTA role you will be required to cover a range of subjects within Reception to Year 6 so knowledge and experience covering the EYFS, KS1 & KS2 curriculum within a UK mainstream primary school setting is essential.
The HLTA role is to start as soon as possible and will be full time 08:30am until 15:30pm, Mon to Fri. This is a long-term role and could go permanent for the ideal applicant
Applicants will need to possess:
*Previous KS1 & KS2 Teaching or HLTA experience
*HLTA Status, QTS Status or Level 6 Degree
*The ability to develop positive relationships with staff and students alike
*Strong behaviour management skills
