Warehouse Supervisor - £32,000 - £36,000 + Overtime based in Chertsey, Surrey

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing operation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead a team on the floor, keep things running smoothly, and set high standards day to day.
What You’ll Need *Proven experience supervising a team in a warehouse or similar environment
*Valid counterbalance forklift licence
*Comfortable with regular heavy lifting as part of daily work
*Confident using basic IT systems (Word, Excel, Teams or similar)
*Full UK driving licence and your own transport (site not easily accessible by public transport)

Key Responsibilities *Oversee daily warehouse operations and support the team to meet targets
*Lead by example on the floor, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
*Operate the forklift when required
*Support with loading, unloading and general warehouse tasks
*Keep accurate records and ensure smooth communication between teams
