Key Responsibilities * Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons in line with the national curriculum.

* Plan, organise, and lead coaching sessions across a variety of sports.

* Support the development of pupils’ physical, social, and emotional well-being.

* Identify and nurture sporting talent, encouraging participation and progression.

* Lead and manage extracurricular sports clubs, teams, and after-school activities.

* Accompany teams to fixtures, competitions, and events (including some evenings or weekends).

* Maintain high standards of behaviour, safety, and safeguarding at all times.

* Assist with the organisation of sports days, tournaments, and whole-school events.

* Work collaboratively with PE staff and wider school teams to enhance the sport provision.

* Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback where appropriate.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience * Degree in Sports Coaching, Physical Education, or related field.

* Experience delivering PE within a school environment.

* Coaching experience across multiple sports disciplines.
