Tenancy Administrator
*Hourly Rate: £14.34 PAYE or £18.10 Umbrella
*Location: Houghton Regis
*Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking two reliable Tenancy Administrators to join our team for a project focused on distributing new tenancies to fixed-term tenants. This role requires candidates who are meticulous and experienced in admin or data entry, and who are willing to work from our Houghton Regis office five days a week.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Distribute new tenancy agreements to fixed-term tenants.
*Ensure accurate data entry and administration of tenant information.
*Maintain and update tenant records in the database.
*Collaborate with the team to ensure all documents are sent out timely and accurately.
*Handle queries and provide administrative support to the tenancy management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in administrative roles or data entry.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
*Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
*Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
*Must be available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
