We are currently seeking passionate Field Sales Representatives to promote our eco-friendly delivery service and expand our impact within local communities.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Conduct door-to-door sales in designated areas, with routes changing weekly to keep the experience fresh and engaging.
*Build rapport with potential customers, adapting your approach to suit different individuals and effectively handle objections.
*Drive conversations towards positive outcomes, promoting the company’s story, values, and eco-friendly mission.
*Meet and exceed weekly sales targets by engaging effectively with the community and securing new subscriptions.
*Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions to ensure follow-up and sustained customer engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
*A persuasive and proactive approach, with resilience to handle rejection.
*Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
*Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or direct marketing is preferred but not essential.
*DBS check will be required as part of the recruitment process.
