A respected property consultancy in Manchester is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing North West team. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering schemes across retail, leisure, residential and office sectors. The Project Manager will take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of a broad portfolio of work, depending on sector experience. This role is ideal for a Project Manager looking to broaden their exposure while being supported by a strong leadership team.
The Project Manager’s role
The Project Manager will oversee a variety of schemes from feasibility to handover, supporting client objectives while managing key project milestones. The Project Manager will also contribute to business development, client engagement and team coordination.

* 2+ years’ consultancy project management experience

* Sector exposure in one or more: retail, leisure, residential or office

* Relevant degree and ideally working towards chartership

* Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery mindset

* Understanding of JCT/NEC contracts
