A London-based multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong pipeline of projects across the capital is seeking a Project Manager with proven commercial and residential experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to work across seven schemes at varying stages, with values ranging from £1 million to £50 million. The successful Project Manager will have the opportunity to manage schemes from inception to completion, working closely with developers, investors and occupiers.
The Project Manager will be joining a collaborative team focused on delivery excellence, offering exposure to both CAT A/B fit outs and large-scale residential developments. This role would suit a Project Manager with experience in delivering multiple schemes simultaneously, who is looking to take the next step in a high-performing environment.
The Project Manager’s role
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing seven live projects across London, with duties including stakeholder management, contract administration, risk analysis and project reporting. Working within a wider project management team, the Project Manager will take ownership of timelines, budgets and quality assurance across multiple sectors.

* A minimum of 3 years’ project management experience

* Background in commercial and residential sectors

* MRICS, MAPM or working towards chartership

* Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts

* Excellent client-facing skills and communication ability
