Role Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and high-quality workshops across a range of "award winning" Early Years programmes.
*Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
*Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
*Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
*Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
*Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.
Essential Requirements
*A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related discipline.
*Extensive industry experience in an Early Years or Nursery setting (ideally as a manager)
*Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAA, A1) is essential for this role.
*Strong communication and organisational skills
