The Role
An established business recovery and insolvency client based in the Manchester is recruiting an Insolvency Practitioner
This is a great opportunity for either an experienced Insolvency Practitioner already taking appointments or for someone with their JIEB qualifications who would like to start taking appointments.
Our client can offer Hybrid working or Remote working or if you would like to be Office based you can.


Key Criteria
*An experienced Insolvency Practitioner, JIEB Qualified with a proven track record in work-winning?
*Or, an experienced Insolvency Practitioner, JIEB Qualified ready to make that step to becoming a work-winner ?
*An IP with Drive and ambition ready to take the next step in their career ?


Responsibilities:
*Developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients
*Providing expert advice on insolvency matters to clients and stakeholders
*Head up compliance, office systems and responsible for case reviews
*Manage case progression and head up own team
*Representing the firm at industry events and networking functions
Requirements:
*Qualified Insolvency Practitioner with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
*Proven track record in work-winning or have desire and ambition to becoming a work-winner
*Strong leadership and management skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
