Robert Half are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a busy team on a 6-month fixed-term basis for a Chippenham based business.
Chippenham office, with hybrid working.
This role will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insightful analysis to aid decision-making.
Key Responsibilities *Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
*Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
*Support month-end and year-end close processes.
*Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
*Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls.
Essential Skills & Experience *Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.
*Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Desirable *Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar financial systems would be a benefit.
*Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or QBE).
