Description
*Overseeing all financial control, reporting, and cash management for the Group.
*Ensuring timely delivery of all financial reports and management information packs.
*Maintaining accurate financial data through effective account reconciliation.
*Managing credit control, invoicing, insurance processes, and external audits.
*Preparing Group financial statements and ensures regulatory compliance.
*Leading a small finance team.
*Supporting the Group CFO with financial strategy, capital raising, and key banking/supplier relationships.
Profile
A successful Group Financial Controller should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
*The ability to manage periods of change/transformation successfully.
*Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team effectively.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
*Proficiency in financial software and systems.
