Business Development Manager
Location: UK based, Remote | Salary: circa £60,000 + Performance Bonus | Contract: Full-time, permanent
Are you a proactive and results-driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth? We’re seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.
What You’ll Do
*Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring successful onboarding and retention.
*Develop a deep understanding of client business models and sales challenges.
*Drive new business opportunities through networking, meetings, and strategic pipeline development.
*Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services.
*Report on progress and performance to senior leadership on a regular basis.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in business development or account management in Decarbonisation, Marine Contracting, Energy or Construction.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Ability to work independently and meet agreed targets.
*Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
