About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
*Handling incoming calls and responding to customer queries
*Managing email communications and providing accurate updates
*Logging information and maintaining internal systems
*Following processes to ensure a smooth customer journey
*Working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues
