Clinical Operations Lead (6 month contract)
Role Overview:

Lead and manage the operational delivery of one or more clinical studies across all phases (start-up, conduct, close-down) in compliance with ICH/GCP and applicable regulations. Ensure patient-centric trial execution and foster collaboration across global and local teams.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee timely and efficient delivery of all operational aspects of assigned studies.
*Represent the UK on global study teams.
*Manage site relations and recruitment within the country.
*Provide leadership to local study teams, including Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
*Collaborate with Medical Affairs and other local/global colleagues for feasibility, start-up, site payments, and compliance.
*Drive study timelines, budgets, risk management, and operational plans, including diversity and inclusion strategies.
*Respond to IRB, Health Authority, and Ethics Committee queries; support audits and ensure best practices.
