Day-to-day of the role:
*Making outbound calls to customers to chase overdue payments.
*Updating payment systems with accurate information following customer interactions.
*Providing excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns with professionalism.
*Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
*Collaborating with other team members to meet and exceed service goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
*Strong telephone communication skills with the ability to handle payment negotiations effectively.
*Experience with payment systems and data entry.
