Are you a seasoned Facilities Maintenance Technician within the FMCG space? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! We are currently seeking an individual with time served maintenance skills to join a renowned FMCG company near to Canterbury, Kent.
Responsibilities Facilities Maintenance Technician
*Efficiently repair various plant and facilities using both reactive and preventative maintenance techniques, including HVAC, control panels and various Industrial systems
*Confidence with fault finding
*Demonstrate proficiency in both electrical and mechanical principles.
*Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.
*Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as needed.
Requirements Facilities Maintenance Technician
*Previous experience in the FMCG sector.
*Qualifications in either carpentry, plumbing or engineering and ability to investigate basic electrical faults.
*Relevant understanding of electrical/mechanical engineering.
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
*Commutable distance from Canterbury, Kent.
