Job Description:
A high-growth start-up with a collaborative culture is looking for a hands-on, proactive Operations Manager to support the smooth running of their Central London office.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage day-to-day office operations, vendors, budgets, tech, and facilities.
*Drive team culture through lunches, events, and offsites.
*Support onboarding, including desk setups, equipment, and welcome packs.
*Act as point of contact for visiting founders, and portfolio teams.
*Assist with firm-wide initiatives, including process improvements and ESG projects.
What We’re Looking For:
*2+ years of experience in a similar role
*Fast-paced, scale up, or startup backgrounds are desirable.
*Strong organisational skills and a can-do attitude.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
*A service driven mindset and passion for building great team experiences.
This role is paying up to £55k DOE, with benefits and hybrid working.
