We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Premises Manager to join our vibrant primary school in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to ensure the smooth running of our school facilities, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the maintenance and security of the school premises.
*Manage site staff and contractors to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
*Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
*Coordinate repairs and improvements, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Manage budgets related to premises maintenance and improvements.
About You:
*Proven experience in premises management, ideally within an educational setting.
*Strong organisational and leadership skills.
*Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
*Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
