Job Description:
Collections & Deliveries Driver (Temp – Christmas Period)Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
Location: Sunderland
Contract: Temporary until Christmas (with potential for ongoing work)
We are seeking an experienced Collections & Deliveries Driver to join our busy operations during the peak period. This role involves carrying out daily collections and deliveries in a fast-paced environment, providing an efficient and reliable service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:*Complete daily multi-drop deliveries and collections
*Load and unload parcels safely and efficiently
*Follow planned routes and schedules
*Maintain high standards of customer service
*Ensure parcels are scanned and processed correctly
*Work independently and manage time effectively
Requirements:*Previous experience in parcel delivery or multi-drop driving is essential
*Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
*Strong reliability and punctuality
*Good local area knowledge (advantageous)
*Ability to handle parcels safely
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets
