PE Teacher (Full-Time) – MEA Central High School, Manchester
Contract Duration: January 2026 – April 2026
MEA Central High School is seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and dynamic PE Teacher to join their team on a full-time, fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to inspire students, contribute to a thriving PE department, and promote a culture of health, wellbeing, and sporting excellence.
About the Role * Full-time teaching position within a well-resourced PE department
* Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Support extracurricular sport and physical activity programmes
* Contribute to the wider school community and uphold MEA Central’s values
* January 2026 start, with the contract running until April 2026 (may continue longer if required)
About You We are looking for someone who:
* Is a qualified PE teacher (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)
* Has a passion for student development and physical education
* Brings energy, organisation, and excellent classroom management
* Can work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
