We’re working with a highly respected independent insurance broker who are looking to appoint a talented Commercial Account Handler to join their growing Manchester team.

The Role:
As a Commercial Account Handler, you’ll support a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients across a range of industries. You’ll deliver first-class client service, working alongside experienced Account Executives and helping to manage renewals, adjustments, and day-to-day queries.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing renewals, MTA’s, and client servicing across commercial lines
*Preparing documentation, renewal presentations, and policy schedules
*Liaising with clients and insurers to negotiate terms and ensure smooth placements
*Supporting Account Executives with new business and client meetings
*Ensuring all work meets FCA compliance and internal standards
*Maintaining accurate client records on Acturis or similar systems
About You:
*Experience within commercial insurance broking (SME or mid-market level)
*Strong technical knowledge across core commercial classes - property, liability, combined, fleet
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Confident in building relationships with clients and insurers
*Team-focused, proactive, and eager to develop professionally
*Cert CII qualified or working towards (full study support provided)

*Salary: £28,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience
