As a Senior Finance Manager, who’s remit will be service and continuous improvement, you’ll be trusted to not just find solutions but to bring people with you on the journey.
This Senior Finance Manager role isn’t about managing a team. It’s about influencing them. No direct reports, just the freedom and expectation to drive change through data, and stakeholder management.
What’s in it for you:

The nuts and bolts of it:
You’ll join a fast-paced finance function with no shortage of ambition. They’ve outgrown their informal processes. Your job is to bring governance, structure, and repeatability to everything from finance transactions to platform rollouts.
Think stage gates, KPIs, SLAs, and audit-ready compliance. You’ll build a scalable service model, drive better internal customer experience, and reduce manual workarounds that slow everything down.
You’ll report to a data-driven, open-minded FD who values challenge and clarity. And you’ll spend your time partnering with IT, ops, commercial and finance teams across Europe to get things done.
What you’ll bring:
*10+ years in finance operations, transformation, or shared services
*Emotional intelligence to navigate stakeholders - and win them over
*Comfort in complexity - ERP rollouts, multiple legal entities, compliance frameworks
*Hands-on experience fixing broken service delivery without waiting for permission
